Michigan graduate students are bearing the brunt of tuition increases. WSU graduate student Nicole Usionek of Troy said today's marketplace often requires a graduate degree. "I look at how Wayne State organizes things and puts the priorities, and (keeping costs low for) students is not one of their priorities."
